Terms & Conditions For Free Gifts And Invitation To IHIG House

1. IHIG offers Free Gifts to qualified potential customers to invite them as a family. We present our products and services during a fun filled meeting. We offer tea/coffee and refreshments. We also have play area for younger family members. You are getting Free Gifts from IHIG because we value your time.
2. IHIG reserves the right to invite only those families that meet our corporate qualification criteria. Please accept our regret in advance if we are unable to entertain you request for free gifts. Generally this is due to limited seating at IHIG House.
3. Even if you are not invited to IHIG House for presentation, everyone that signs-up will get a chance to win our free gifts via a monthly Lucky Draw. Each month first time sign-ups are added to the Lucky Draw without removing previous sign-ups. This means you always have a chance to win.

  Other Important Restrictions

• Free invitation is issued by IHIG (PVT) Ltd and are provided to families who attend a presentation at IHIG House Shaher-e-Faisal, Karachi.
• Free Gifts of our partners, such as Lal Qila, are issued for consumption within a limited time. Each gift comes with its own terms and conditions that are clearly mentioned on the invitation.
• Bhurban (other Luxurious Resorts of IHIG): Free invitation is for 2-night stay for 2 people on Twin Sharing Basis. Hotels may not provide adequate Wi-Fi throughout the hotel

Making a reservation for Bhurban Free Invitation

• The validity is mentioned on the invitation and it is not extendable
• The authorized recipients must share their booking dates within 15 days of attending the presentation
• The authorized recipients must provide traveling dates 15 days prior so that we can accommodate your reservation accordingly
• The authorized recipients can request booking/reservation by email at [email protected] by mentioning the following information

• Scan copies of guest CNIC and free invitation (Both Side)
• The free invitation can only be utilized once
• IHIG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or soiled free invitation. Additionally, IHIG will not be held liable for any failure to use before the expiry date as provided on free invitation
• Once the reservation is made, cancellation and amendment are not possible

2 Nights Free Stay Invitation Term & Conditions

• The recipient of the free invitation is granted the right to stay for 2 people for 2 nights in IHIG Resort
• The reservation for your desired dates will be subject to the availability of the rooms
• The free invitation cannot be used in combination with any other offer/promotion by the Company
• The free invitation cannot be redeemed for cash, will not be replaced if lost or stolen, is non – refundable and is not transferable
• IHIG accommodates only couples on 2-night free stay therefore stags are strictly not allowed
• The free invitation cannot be gifted to any family and only the authorized recipients can avail the Card
• The free invitation must be submitted to IHIG Resort
• Walk-in accommodation requests on the free invitation will not be entertained in IHIG Resorts
• IHIG Resort staff member will cross verify the reservation booking with the free invitation and with the CNIC of the guest
• Only One child up to 5 years of age is complementary. Extra mattress charges are to be borne by the guest
• The free invitation is only for 2 guests. In case there are more guests you will be charged extra or may have to do room up-gradation subjective to availability of a room
• Extension of stay might be possible on current room rates, subject to availability
• If guest wanted to extend their stay at IHIG Resort, depends on availability, the guest must settle the billing amount in advance, otherwise, no further accommodation will be granted
• Reservation confirmation cannot be amended or modified
• IHIG is not responsible for lost and stolen free invitation for the reservation
• We do not accommodate domestic servants such as driver, maid, gunman etc. in your booking. You are requested to do a separate arrangement for them or pay extra charges to the hotel for their stay
• Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and the reserved room will be released and free invitation will be deemed as used
• All invoices must be settled before checkout unless a prior credit arrangement is made
• The liability for any damage, to IHIG Resort (Rooms), would be on the guest. You should keep hygiene and cleanliness in IHIG Resort rooms
• The refundable sum will be deposited at the Resort front
• All special request is subject to the availability upon arrival
• Check-in time is 16:00 hrs & Check-out time is 12 noon
• IHIG has the right to cancel, change, and amend the booking at any point in time before informing the guest
• All Free Stay invitations are subject to Black-out periods. The invitations cannot be utilized on and/for any quarantine in the hotel, world Expo, Religious Ceremonies such as Haj, Umrah, etc. Furthermore, the vacation ownership cannot be availed during, prior to, or after any special event/occasion, Federal/ Provincial or Gazette Holiday for example Eid ul fitr, Eid ul adha , Independence Day, religious off, etc. All these days will be counted in the black-out period hence reservation requests will not be entertained.
